No animals, including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, amphibians, arachnids, and insects, are allowed anywhere in the apartment or the apartment community, even temporarily, without written consent from an authorized agent for the owner or management company. If we permit an animal, you must sign a separate animal addendum and comply with its terms, as well as pay an animal fee(s).

We allow a maximum of two pets per unit. The pet fee is $200 for each cat and $200 for each dog under 63 pounds. For dogs weighing 63 pounds and over, the pet fee is $400.

Please note that we have breed restrictions and do not allow the following breeds: Akitas, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers), terrier mixes, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, wolf breeds, Belgian Malinois, or Huskies. Additionally, we do not accept mixed breeds that include any of these breeds. Exotic pets, birds, rodents, fish, reptiles, and amphibians are prohibited.
